As a firm doing a lot of work for those with capital taxation related issues, we have a large Trust practice. Trusts are an area of great mystique to some and we aim to de-mystify this field and help clients realise how useful trusts can be for controlling assets passed over to others.
We set up trusts, administer them (including doing accounts and filing tax returns), wind them up and advise trustees and beneficiaries alike on their rights in relation to Trusts.
Trusts play a central role in much Tax Planning and again we aim to work with a client’s other advisors to ensure a seamless service where nothing gets missed.
