James Morgan is the managing director and owner of Morgan Trusts & Tax Planning Ltd Solicitors. A qualified solicitor for over 25 years, James has practised as a specialist private client solicitor in King’s Lynn since 1999, having previously worked from 1993 to 1999 for Wedlake Bell Solicitors in London.

Christina is an Associate Legal Executive and advises on a range of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, setting up and running Trusts and advising on Elderly Client and Court of Protection matters.

Laura is a Chartered Legal Executive, having qualified in July 2015. She has worked as a part of James Morgan’s team since March 2001. Laura advises on a range of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, setting up and running Trusts and advising on Elderly Client and Court of Protection matters.

Lucy initially worked as James Morgan’s secretary from 2007 but was promoted to work as a paralegal in 2014.

Lucy advises on a range of private client matters, including all aspects of Elderly Client care, Lasting Powers of Attorney and more straightforward Wills and probate matters.

Suzanne has a long established career in business management in the financial services and legal industries and has worked closely with James since 2008 in a practice management capacity.

Dawn, who joined us in March 2020, has a background in customer facing services and administration.
